                                          I would have to guess ARS, even though I don't like them at all...

                                          It seems everywhere you go, all you see is allpetiete.com links. but I pretty sure AmateurPages would give them a run for their money... if they were a pay-per-signup and not a payperclick... but it seems that AP banners are EVERYWHERE too ...                                                   Just guess an average ratio 1:400 say... divide that into their traffic per day

                                                  so if a site is getting 60K hits a day, then 120 to 180 new signups per day

                                                  but then there is overhead, staffing, content and server costs
