    CDRW Help

I bought a CDRW and installed it. Now my normal CD drive doesn't work or isn't detected, but the CDRW is..

I bought the CDRW rma and it didn't come with any manuals or drivers etc.

If you put it on the same cable as your CD, put the cdrw to slave .. There should be some jumpers on the back

I set the primary and secondary masters and slaves to auto detect..when I boot up it detects my CDrom on primary master, but does not detect the CDRW.

So now my CDrom is working but not the CDRW..

I'll recheck the bios, might have forgotten to change a setting or something.

Can't get them to both detect....oh wells....

My CDrom is only 40x and my CDRW is 32x read so it's not that much of a diff....
