Here's mine:

A frog is hopping along and falls into a well. Upon climbing out; every day the frog climbs three steps and every night falls 2 steps back.

How many days would it take the frog to get out of the well?

No, as weird as that sounds, it means "as he is climbing out".

I assure you, the only mistake I made was leaving out the feet.
