putty. free, fully functional, has seperate clients for scp, sftp, etc.

securecrt is fine as well, but I never really liked its UI, and it costs.

I use SSH Secure Shell and really like it ( http://www.ssh.com/ ).

search for WinSCP .. that will give you FTP capabilities over SSH.

and i use putty.

if secureCRT was free..i'd use that tho.
