Need help finding a script

I'm looking for a small php script that'll let me enter some text, or html, whatever, and it'll create a new page, with some preset banner and other html... been looking around on hotscripts, but cant find it, any suggestions?

Make a dreamweaver template... save it, use it when you need a new page... Upload... Save yourself the wasted time looking for scripts.

If you can't find one try http://www.scriptlance.com I have had pretty complex custom scripts made for cheap. Most of the programmers are overseas (Russia, Romania, India, etc)which is why I guess they work cheap. They use an escrow system, so no worries.

Email me man. I was trying to learn PHP and built a small little template system. Even made a nice little interface for it.

I can't provide any support for it, because I don't know how it works...I just followed the instructions to put it together.
