Hmm, well obviously that information could be put to dangerous use. But honestly, if someone wants to build a bomb there are lots of ways to do it (just go buy a few chemistry textbooks) you arent going to stop them.

Explosives is a huge industry - from mining to demolition, construction, pyrotechnics, film production, etc... none of which are malicious. Not to mention the rocketry section, I know that amateur rocketry is a huge hobby for lots of people.

Censorship is always a knee-jerk reaction but always ill-advised.
