Yup was just on the news here in Canada .. they are being referred to as "incidents". Hope its not more than that!

"He said a man was carrying a rucksack and the rucksack suddenly exploded. It was a minor explosion but enough to blow open the rucksack.

Apparantly the man was then seen running once the train stopped..
