Aaron, I just called 1-888-627-9057 and I'm currently in a double with a balcony. I asked for a king and they said they had one but w/o the balcony (I'd rather have the balcony ;) ) so there must still be rooms available because they were going to switch me.

They can move rooms but that's it. For now I have a room booked at the County Club about a mile away.

I'm still interested in another room at the Diplomat.

August 1 is the cancel date. Almost every program around books more rooms than they need. Many times, they book rooms knowing they are unlikely to go.

We appear full for the first time ever. Almost every year on the 1st, I cancel rooms. If anything opens up, I will let you know.

Otherwise, you can plan on sleeping in my bed so that the girls have one room to themselves. Bring a bottle of the hotel's finest blush wine.
