Simple HTML work template designing * 5.....paying paypal

I am in need of some slight HTML design of a simple HTML template.

I will need (5) different Unique designs based off a html template.

You will need to...
1. Change up the table design and locations of the different parts of the document

2. Change up the colors and links etc

3. There's a couple static sentences in the that should be changed as well, per template

4. Be Just a little bit creative.. I don't require nothing fancy but would like pleasant filled up pages

5. the adult warning should be changed up a bit wordwise and placed in different places depending upon design for #1

6. I do not mean take what i give you change the colors 6 times and say your done, amazing how many people try to get away with this and my money
