As of today at 2pm pst, the final payment was processed and posted with my mortgage company. I am now free of them and the house is totally paid off.

Actually I am taking advantage of a county law that allows me to put of paying property taxes for as long as I own the land interest free. Taxes become due when I either die or sell the property, but fuck its interest free.Comment
