I make it a point to join any paysite to test out their content and billing. All I can say about 99bb.com is that they don't run a tight ship and they definitely take advantage of it. I signed up in March.
I requested before my 30 days were up to cancel. The reason... DRM. Their videos never worked because DRM passwords never worked. I noticed in mid-April that I was billed again. So I emailed support which immediately responded with a request for my username and email. I emailed a week later asking for confirmation - no reply.
I discovered yesterday that 99bb.com has continued to bill my credit card through July. Guess what? Hey, they had several chances. I happily chargebacked everything but the first month.
99bb.com uses their own merchant account. I have yet to have a problem with any CCBill or Paycom sites.
