CCBill admin question

I was just asked this by email, and since it's not anything I ever deal with, i thought maybe someone here might have an answer. I guess the ccbill answer confused them even more ...LOL


A girl I know had a solo ste created. So did her friend. I think a 3rd as well.

All sites are "subaccounts" in a brand new CCBill setup as it was explained to me.

Is there a way for either of them to login whenever they feel like it and see what activity they have had in their sites?

Or are they at the mercy of their webmaster (who I feel they don't trust from the tone of the email) to tell them or show them whatever he feels like.

As I understand it there is just one main login that lets you see "all" activity not only on one site but any other subaccount sites as well ...

That correct? And if so, how do you let individual girls see what their sites are up to??

this should be possible under Tools / Permissions, there you can add useres for specific subaccounts. As I know they can then only see the stats of this subaccount.

That's sorta what I thought but I have no way to try it or check.

This is correct. The webmaster must first setup a Group, set the permissions on that Group and then add a user to that Group. This way they can login to the specific subaccount and only see the stats for that subaccount.
