none, use your hand, most of the sites are useless.

why submit to 1500 sites that will give you 200 odd hits to gals

They are two different types of submitters. You get more control with Nova and YES, they do have a Link List setup with Database.

I have tried several submitters and now I use the best one I think. I am in the biz less than year and do about 2,5k a month with Chameleon submitter

I use Chameleon and Nova daily. Chameleon can't handle the link lists just yet.
