FLY*.* - Cheaters?

Hi All,

Recently 5 sites by one owner (according to WHOIS) registered at my sign-up script:

http://www.flyxxxpics.com/

each of them sending ~5K of hits per day (+/- 100 hits). Each of them having the same productivity. The owner is from Slovenia.

Anyone heard about them? Are they cheaters?
