you pretty much have to call 2checkout. also be prepared for the phone to say there are over 100 callers ahead of you. longest I have waited was 1:45 min, then hit the wrong button to turn off speaker phone, damn I was pissed when I had to call back in

best around, but the most expensive is verisign. i use them for my mainstream stuff. they have both recurring system and non recurring. best APIs and best testing infrastructure around IMO.

CCbill offers a Mainstream Signup section and even ads you to a Mainstream Directory

However if you are Mainstream youre better off getting your own Merchant Account, its simple, doesn't cost much if anything.. Check with your local bank, get a shopping cart if you don't need a Member Access.
