Bluewire has it's software development offices based outside of USA. Programming is something that is VERY hard to hire out. I generally go through about 100 apps for ever one programmer that I even interview. And then out of those I probably hire 1 in 20....so thats 1 in 2000. If you're willing to put in the time and effort...and you have a good recruitment director.....then its good....otherwise better to just a use a programming firm per project basis or hire someone domestically.Originally posted by Doctor DreChecking out all options ;)Comment

I have in house programmers here . The project isn't really that hard ...
