A few weeks ago in my country some lucky bastard from the mail stole my pay check. The affiliate program send me an affidavit as to forged endorsement.
I sign the affidavit and i have it notarized but the problem was that here in uruguay public notary works different. Their licenses do not expire, they are public notary in the life time.
So, my question is... what do i need beside the public notary signature to have a valid affidavit of fraud so i can get my money back?
just the sign of the notary would work?
