That guy in the picture is messed up off this drug that's seriously rampant out there ~ really cheap, messed up crap that turns it's user into a paranoid, brain dead freak zombie.
Apparently it's VERY common for children to be taken hostage by these people because they think it's the only way to protect themselves against those out to get them ~ which is everyone in their eyes.
Hell, there are kids as young as 8 and 9 that are hooked on it, ever since they started making it in bright colors and fruity flavors.
