RevShare Hosting is proud to announce a major hardware infrastructure upgrade as well as several new customer service systems.

This hardware upgrade will bring new, state of the art servers and networking equipment benefiting all RevShare Hosting customers. Our goal is to position RevShare Hosting to successfully grow through the addition of new sponsors and the aggressive recruitment of quality webmasters. We have already been working on plans for this growth and you will see our plan in action in the next few weeks.

The upgrade will begin at 11:59 pm Easter Daylight Time on June 30, 2005. We have worked diligently to plan and prepare for this upgrade and we anticipate absolutely no downtime. However, there may be individual customers who experience problems with their sites.

We are proud to introduce a new Customer Service Ticket System, which will allow customers who experience problems, related to the upgrade or at any time thereafter, to complete a ticket to gain technical support. The ticket system is located at support.revsharehosting.com or you may submit a ticket by emailing [email protected] with your problem and your rev id number.

We are also pleased to announce that all customers will now be able to ftp their content directly to their domain name via standard ftp. This customer service upgrade eliminates the complicated process that was used by some customers.
