Need advice/help

I'm trying to make it so links located on the frame on the left open in the frame on the right. But, I suck with html and can't figure out what I'm missing. Can anyone give me a clue?

Heres some advice: don't use frontpage

meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 3.0
meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document

and the helpfull bit is target="name of frame"
