Custom Programmers: how much would this cost?

I have 30 sites for celebs/musicians all that update news on all the time. how much would it cost to get a script that i can type the title and the text for the article then pick the site and have it update it for me automatically so i dont have to edit the html file.

or do they already have something like this?

"portal" software. Basically does what you described you wanted to do. Plus, it's free, and pretty easy to set up.

Has had a history of less-than-stellar security though, so it's wise to keep up to date with the latest revisions.
