2257 Specific Answer Needed

Ok

I have a html page on a server.

In that page are JPGs of a fully dressed girl.

The JPGS clearly show the girl is dressed and ALONE, and therefore COULD NOT be clipped from a full picture which is hardcore.

However - the photoshoot the pic came from IS HARDCORE and although I only put the softcore dressed pic up - do I have to have the docs for the girl?

I think not - but am open to suggestions.

Legally yes you would need the docs, but I guess if you can't tell then it won't be an issue. But why take the chance?

Basically - If Legally I need the docs - then that is absolute BOLLOX.

Because this means that NO PICTURE OF A FEMALE IS ALLOWED ON THE NET WITHOUT DOCS - IF YOU KNOW SHES A PORNSTAR.........

I may have miss read your question

If a girl in the photo is dress but another part of the photo contains hardcore action then you would need the docs, even if you crop out the non-nude girl. If the photo is just of a dressed girl, then you wouldn't need the docs.

Most adult companies / webmasters don't have the money to fight this. So we joined up with the FSC with the hopes they do a good job for us all. Not much more most of us can do.
