Does CCbill have a referral program?

I could have swore that ccbill had something where I could give webmasters who refer a friend 10% of the friend's commissions.. do they or not? I can't get a straight answer out of the support department.

yes, the program owner can have it set up in a way that if one webmaster(A) refers another webmaster(B) to that program, then A gets a cut of Bs gross sales minus refunds/chargebacks. The program owner assumes the cost of the additional payout
