I don't know Santaria, but I can guarantee this will be extremely ugly for him and the company(s) involved, if true. And there aren't any reasons to believe it's not true. These big gay companies regard their content as gold and treat it as such. It would be nice if all content companies did the same thing. Ok so you are being educated today THY - this is not the way to operate the business. You have moved out of the garage and you need to operate as if you are no longer operating in the garage now.
Theres a right and wrong way to do things point made.

Now as for my alleged Personal problem with Santeria - gosh u make it sound as if we had been fawkin or something -- not quite...
Truthfully yes like I said a dozen times before in this thread and others I had MAD respect for the man and considered him a friend/allie /

He made accusations that hurt my feelings and he cut my trades without notice to all my sites thus hurting my business.

As a result yes I have some anger as I am certain anyone would have.

The prior incident involved prideaccess as well and was the root of the problem that caused the demise of the friendship and trade relations between our sites.

So is it personal well in part yes .......... Im mad as hell for the damage he did to my sites as a result of the trade losses and I may or may not forgive him for that ever........ I am sure hes pissed at me for my posts here today and thats ok I apologize if it did get too personal BUT....... this was quite serious..

I dont know what to think of Santeria just now ......... and Godsmacks been my mentor so I tend to hear what he says with a passion even tho its hard to swallow sometimes......... {I hear his wife says that too} muahahahaha

I have been able to speak to Tim and Thy today regarding this issue. If they were in it for the quick buck, they would be long gone. Since the moment I have started promoting PrideAccess they have been great support with whatever I needed.

It makes no sense to steal the content and use it on your tours. As someone already mentioned, if you steal content, you will use it behind lock so no one finds out.

Also, I remember a few other AEN's where illegal content was found (either by accident or not, uploaded by owners, designers or affiliates themselves). Those programs are still live and all their webmasters were paid.

It's easy to point fingers at this time. All I wanna say is give them some time and some credit. I've spoken to both and I still think they have the best support out there. Just my 2 cents.

i just checked myself and found 15 dvds - (5 scenes each average)

its not strange to get dvds before buying the licenses, thing is we fucked up by getting random dvds when we started, its our mistake not trying to hide from this, as you can see we have taken the site down ourselves now, so we can make sure all the content without licenses is removed etc...

As tim said we have 80-90 licenses for PA.
and in total may be a bit more than 100 dvds.

anyways, of course we are really sorry and it was never the intention, we dont need to use others content.

You're sadly still being dishonest, in the fact that you're claiming it's DVD content only that you didn't yet have licences for ... and by the way, you need to provide picture / video content for a designer to use, otherwise you know it's stolen; logic.

And you've been contradicting yourself.. you first state you didn't know, and with procam's conversation you did know and say it's your fault; though from the beginning of me talking with Santeria, he's been a partner with you on it, and now you've changed your story.. just stop being dishonest.

And, even if you were in the US too Thy, and you infringed on copyright, you're still liable.. you don't have to lie or be dishonest to try to save face though.

I know Santeria has a lot of friends, and I don't know him that well, but he's always seemed like a good guy, but this lying / dishonesty just pisses me off to the point of speaking out.

I have tried to make contact with Thy and their support team at prideaccess for the past 3 days and still had no feedback.

My complaint is that some of our content that we produced is being used in one of their designs without our permission. This is a direct Copyright Violation to the terms of use posted on our sites.
