    DNS help please?

I seem to be having a problem with a few people trying to access my server via Verizon DSL... Can someone tell me if the yellow and red tests from DNS Report could be the source of the problem? Are they important, and how to fix them?

Thank you very much for your help!

None of those will be an issue. Might look at this one just to update. But there are thousands if sites without it.

Its not on your end. The fault most likely lies with Verizon's DNS servers, if you've having problems from that one ISP.

          From my webhost forums

Verizon is now issuing the 70.16.x.x range of ips, which APF blocks by default in reserved.networks file. Another update may be needed. Meanwhile it's easy to pico -w the file to delete the line 70.0.0.0/8.
still having problems after making this edit... anyone else encounted this as well?

did you update the serial on the zone file. and what is the ttl on the zone and did you reload the name server?

those are things to consider if you manage it yourself

or if your host does. some dns servers only reload twice a day.

            ask your host that.
