Ive been using them for about 6 months. Ive had no problems with my server or downtime. The only thing I can say is that the few times I have called Tech-Support, they've been kinda rude and pretty much worthless.Comment

Slow support??? Never... I call them and they answer on like the first or second ring any time of the day. I signed up with them because they are in Dallas, been to their datacenter a couple times. It's pretty cool and secure. If you are a customer in Dallas you can schedule to use their conference rooms for free.Comment
