                      They were down last week due to planned un-escapable power management.
                      All is back to normal. Epiccash is up and shall continue to be so.

                              Root cause report:

                              We had a DNS issue which caused the EpicCash Super Computer Cluster to
                              fail DNS resolutions. At some point in time, one of the DNS controllers was
                              set to use only one nameserver for perhaps a technical reason. It was not set
                              back so when the secondary DNS failure occured the redundancy spillled on
                              the ground.

                              When you are a company so big as EpicCash, lots of hands are on the servers at
                              all times. This can lead to technical human error which in this case was the
                              root cause of the issue.

                              This issue has been resolved.
