Quick question needs quick answer

How can I have my server download files from a website (say a 50Mb video) rather than downloaidng it myself and them uploading at only 32KB/s?

wget the files, as in server to server connection.

Telnet to one, ftp it to the other.

lwp-download (assumbing libwww is installed)
log into shell and FTP upload
login to FTP from other server and FTP download

rsync
samba
EMAIL IT (LOL)
