customer support emails

does anyone else get these stupid emails that say nothing other then "help" or "i cant access", or is it just me?

And then when i reply asking whats wrong, thats the last i hear of it.

They never reply back. Not even to the follow up emails.

Yeah, I've had those before. I guess customers come across a problem, email about it and then just forget perhaps.. or maybe your email is blocked and any responses you're sending aren't reaching your audience.. (I've had that happen in the past also). Do you request a 'read-receipt', it might help you get responses from your customers that way.

It sure can be frustrating.

Most of the time its people in india or china without a paid subscription.

I ended up giving out 300 free accounts before i realized it a couple years ago ; )
