Search Problem

I've always gotten this but never asked why...

When I search for persia* I get

"The search term you specified (persia*) is under the minimum word length (3) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer."

When I search for persia* I get

It may be the asterix that's causing it to give an error - but the error message was setup wrong.

I tried it with "persian*" just now and it said the same thing.

I think it's a problem with the wildcard search "*".

Yup and just 'persia' will give the same results - or so it seems
