    windows xp help...

Hey guys im at my friends house right now on her comp. Now she has a laptop. You know how when you start xp and you put it you're user/pass?

Now the password is not working, it says

"the system cannot log on due to errors:
the program issued a command but the command is incorrect"

We dont want to kill everything and start over because she wants to save all the shit in mydocuments.

    Who can help.

Edit: also it took me 5 mins to make this thread because there are about 3 toolbars on ie and shitload of spyware.

Format it.... You could use a system disk to copy over the files from MyDocs I think.

Start it up in safe mode. You can bypass the password. Log in under ADMINISTARTOR. Then use some anti-spyware is SAFE mode. disable system resore first.

Yes you can a person I knew bought a laptop at a pawn shop and the old owner was a dumbass and left all shit on their so they could figure out how to log in since they didn't know his password. I used this method and it works.

Restart windows then hit the the F8 key to get the "Boot Mode" menu. Choose "Safe Mode". Once you get to the Log in screen log in as administrator with no password. This will allow you to reset forgotten local admin/users passwords.
