    Connection problem - tech help!

I have two computers here in my office connected to a router. On one computer I can get on the internet with no problem and browse pages fine. On the other computer (my main computer), I can't access any websites at all. I get DNS errors in internet explorer. Any ideas?

On the non-working computer can you ping anything successfully? (other computer, sites from the web, some ips from the web) etc...
