Best backup software?

I need a good backup software to backup some crucial files. Anyone have experience with any?

i usually burn backups on CD/DVDs
redundant backups go on couple of servers

I use DVD's for personal files too, also just picked up one of those 300gb Maxtor One Touch Backup drives, it seems to work pretty good.

Yeah, I think the old-fashioned way with burning onto CD's works the best.

get an external usb hdd.
works like an extra drive at usb2 speed, and can be moved from pc to pc etc.
