ibill having problems

I'm trying to join the RussianSubmitter program and can't open the ibill signup page.
Giving me the "Page cannot be displayed" error.
Is this a problem with the RussianSubmitter account or is ibill down for other sites as well?

Pissing me off, I'm going out swimming in an hour and wanted to get this setup now.

We're setting up checks for a client and their checks interface is not responding for us. However, credit card appears to be working. I just sent them an email to find out more details.

Same here.... checks page doesn't load.
It's everyday something new and so cool they always let you know whats going on.
Good luck with your e-mail.
If you get an answer from them within a week your lucky.

friend of mine used his new credit card on an ibill page, and that same day the bank froze the card, and called and said they thought it was being used fraudulently because ibill has such a high fraud rate. haha

Haha everything is OK here...you guys must all be a bunch of morons.

The stock answer from iBill. Anyone remember last year November-December? When fully 35% of my rebills just evaporated? They never came back then and just when I've built back a good portion of it...blam. I lost 20% of my rebills in the last 4 days. Gone. Vanished.

Glad to hear it's not a problem with Ibill. Again.

Update: I look like a fucking lobster after swimming yesterday. Damn sumburn.
Oh yeah Ibill - looks like the page I couldn't open yesterday is working right now.

Seems alot of people are unhappy with Ibill though. The downtime was well over 10 hours.

Desirae - I have never used RussianSubmitter in my life. I wouldn't know how to answer any questions about them. I just want to promote their program on my submit page. I'm not listed with them, nor have I used them to submit galleries.

Time is money.
If you process with ibill you will spend
1. 30% of your day with tech support that they fish back at the webmaster.
2. Back end problems with there software.
3. Unanswered e-mails.
4. OH ya. They will cancel your account with out even giving you a chance to make a switch.

I really do not think they care about the business or webmasters that makes them any money and keeps them alive

So there are better solutions.
Save youself the time and money and switch to another billing company.

A client of ours just had another transaction where the subscriber did not get the ibill webgood page but was charged. It happened at 3:54 PM today.

I was wondering if any other ibill sites have had signup complaints today? And if so, what time were the transactions?
