    I used to code in C++ and VB 6 years ago for like 2 years.
    Now I'm coding in Actionscript and a bit in PHP.
    It takes A LOT of time to learn algorithms, once you learn algos you can learn almost whatever programming language you want in 1-2 months.
    My actionscript skills: 9 , php: 5

        1) We have programmers that code in PHP, CGI, MYSQL, FLASH Communication Server, Java

        2) Experience levels ranging from 6-14 years
        3) School and then work experience
        4) 8-10
