    2257 & MatrixContent

Matrix Content has studied the new 2257 regulations in great detail, as it is written right now unchallenged, Matrix will make sure that all customers current and passed will be able to obtain all records needed for them to remain compliant to the letter of the law. This will be done before June 23rd when the new regulations go into effect.

Matrix has been aware that this was coming for some time now and we have been prepared for this eventuality. We are debugging our compliance software at the moment to make sure that this is a hassle free procedure for our valued customers.

It's a shame to continue this falsehood against Matrix. Don't you have a content business too? Great marketing platform for you, huh? A little shady of you though. Yes it seems our list was some how obtained by Acacia. Did anyone of the employed owners or current employees of Matrix do that? No. Did Matrix receive a dime? No. Was it done through a contract? No. Was it Jon Berg? No. I can tell everyone that our list has never been sold or never will be. Come check my books! Nothing to hide. Also, there now is currently no one working for me that will do such a horrible thing to my clients and my company. I promised when this happened I would get to the bottom of who and why. I have not forgoten. Trust me!

KingAsher's post is serious and ment to ease the worries of everyone that has done business with us. Because they should be worried. You being a content producer you should understand the peril of your clients if you don't do the same.

Yea I guess Aciaca just happened to pick the one web url that I had never put a site on, and used only once when I was a newbie as a URL to get access to your site.

Damn those guys were smart to figure out that url all by themselves.. I wonder why they didn't know about any of my other 90 some odd domains..

Still can't figure out who did it. I surely didnt. Not going to get into a pissing match over it either. People are going to believe what they want. I was gone before the problem. But if it was going to happen when I was there I would have heard something, but nothing so if some ex employee had a grudge or matrix did it them selves is not for me to say. I was not an employee I was one of the owners. So with that said I have no idea who did it but what would Norman have to gain by doing it. These headaches? I don't think so. Until I left Norman and I spoke everyday all the time and were getting along fine until we decided to part ways. I just don't know how they got it. Someone should call them and ask.

Who would want to beleive that anyone would ever want to do something like that to you or something that you cared about so much. I didn't want to belive it, it hurt too much and was a very emotional time for me. Lesson learned. Can't trust anyone. We just want to make sure no one has legal problems with the new regulations.

Sounds like Matrix is forward thinking. But, playing the devil's advocate here, I'm wondering how Matrix will be able to provide Model ID's and personal information, without coming up against significant obstacles.

I am assuming that any contractual agreement you (or any other content provider, for that matter) have with the models would also have been worded to protect the model. Surely there was a clause in current and past contracts which also limited your releasing of their private info to anyone, except to listed gov't agencies or law enforcement.

And I can appreciate that. I can also appreciate you finally admitting that it was your list.

However...Asher is on my shit list because the pussy didn't have the balls to stand up to me face to face when he was confronted...Instead, he talked shit about me as soon as I was gone.

Therefore.......I shall continue to ride his ass as I see fit.

Not speaking for Matrix as I have not seen their paperwork but I can assure you that this may indeed be an issue for some.

Well put and acceptable, we got lucky and dodged the bullet with Acacia so it all end ok reguardless of who's fault it was.

Thanks for being honest. Your content is great. Like I said when all the Aciaca BS was going on, I didn't receive anything from Aciaca but I lost a client and you did too because the client got the letter and swears that she only signed up with your company to view and buy content.

Oh well, glad you are looking out for your clients...I doubt if the Aciaca letters hampered anyone?s income except for isolated cases like mine. No hard feelings

However...Asher is on my shit list because the pussy didn't have the balls to stand up to me face to face when he was confronted...Instead, he talked shit about me as soon as I was gone.

Therefore.......I shall continue to ride his ass as I see fit.

                                              Aaron,
That means a lot to me. Thank you. In respect to Asher, give the kid a break. For a 19 year old he has a lot on his plate, a lot learn and a bright future. We use to chat all the time on ICQ back in the day when we were building our businesses, miss that. How about we squish this thing and move on between the two of you. He really is a cool person and just cares too much. As do those with big hearts do.
                                              Thanks,

I am assuming that any contractual agreement you (or any other content provider, for that matter) have with the models would also have been worded to protect the model. Surely there was a clause in current and past contracts which also limited your releasing of their private info to anyone, except to listed gov't agencies or law enforcement.
I wonder how many primary content producers will give out full documentation.
