First, a little background, a while ago I met aaronM and worked out a deal with him for some content. At the time I thought it was a good deal, which I take fault for. Anyways, we agreed on 4500 for 750 sets of content which he said were 65,000 images. So I wire him the 4500 dollars, and immediately he tells me that it was US funds, the currency was never discussed and I never gave it any thought before that. Some of you will say it was my fault, but when I dealt with lightspeed regarding my first model, we never said which currency and I just assumed it was Canadian, and I was right. I think the currency issue was equally both of our faults. Regardless, right after he received the wire transfer he informed it was US funds and I explained to him sorry, but I can?t afford to spend that much on content. There was NO problem with that with him, he said it was okay and that I could get the site up, established, and making sales? and yes that is documented on icq that he was completely fine with that deal.
So the content we agreed on was cute teen, girl next door content. He shows me a bunch of samples of the content, and it was perfect. A month goes by because of his ?shipping problems? and he can?t upload the content for me to download because his ?internet is too slow?. At this point I ask for a refund, and if he didn?t want to send a refund then to at least give me a tracking number. Anyways a week later I receive the content, and lets say I was VERY disappointed with what was delivered, what we had agreed on and what samples I were shown was not what I received. If I could go back and ask to see 1 pic of every girl that would have been the proper thing to do, but I would have thought the samples he would have shown me would somewhat resemble the content I was sent. When I received the content, not only was it 60k images instead of 65k images, but it was full of BBW / GOTH / HAIRY / NASTY girls, even a PREGNANT set, and his defence to that what ?this is good amateur content, this stuff converts, and if you can?t make this stuff convert you shouldn?t be doing adult? now that is correct, I?m sure the content DOES convert, but that content is NOT what I had asked for. And he tells me ?it is girl next door content, because it?s possible a pregnant girl lives next door?. I offered to post some samples on GFY and let the forum decide if it was girl next door content. I post some samples of the content I got, and what does he do? He contacts my web host and tells them to remove the content because I?m using them illegally and don?t have licenses for them, and tells me he?s suing me for libel and copy-write infringement. He also icqs me and tells me if I make a thread and apologize and basically say I?m wrong, that he?ll consider dropping the lawsuit?
So let me get this straight, If I was happy with the content I could have gone forth and made the paysite and everything would be dandy, but since I was unhappy with the content he sold me, I get threatened with a lawsuit. How professional.
ANYONE that I have dealt with can vouch that I don?t fuck anyone around when it comes to business. I?ve had no problem paying people upfront for things and sticking to my arrangements.
In my short time in adult I?ve done a lot of networking and met a lot of very helpful people, to which I am extremely thankful. I do NOT bullshit, or lie about anything. I make it a point to be very blunt and honest, because life is to short to sugar coat things and I live by that.
If I ever would wanted to fuck someone over, I would have done it to Dark Jedi at the time I did a deal with him, he wired me 700 dollars and I hated him at the time also. But I still didn?t fuck him over and bounce with the money, even though I was new to adult and could have disappeared without it affecting me at all.
Now Aaron kept trying to pick fights with me after our previous drama, to which I responded ?listen, fighting with you online is not going to solve anything, I?ll send you the rest of the money and we don?t have to talk again? to which he responded, ?fuck you, even if you send me the remainder of the money, I wont send you the licences to the content, and you are lucky I am not suing you?
Now I made this post against a lot of people?s advice that Aaron would be childish and never let it go and shit over any thing you ever post about, but I needed to post this to finish it and move on?
So Aaron, keep the 3600, I don?t even WANT that money back? I honestly wouldn?t accept it back even if you fell and bumped your head and decided to give it back to me, to show that even though I don?t have a lot of money, I am NOT a liar, and I have never lied about anything or gone against my word? a man without his word is a punk bitch.
Dealing with you has been exactly they way one would expect by reading your latest barrage of attacks on people, basically you are always right or you will do everything you can to attack someone.
