in sleazy's logo contest someone made it and he chose it as the winner... there is no secret about it... its just senseless =)

Yeah do a search for the sleazy contest and you might still find some of the other logos still up - though I doubt it.

Personally I thought there were better logos submitted but sleazy liked the dog the most. His contest so he picked the one he liked best.
