FTP upload help

I have a site that has got huge...I want to upload all the HTML again but only the HTML. Is this possible?

if you have a Linux system start ncftp and connect to your site and :

put *.html

[sexygoat]

once i had a gallery listed at thehun and I wasn't able to upload anything to my server .
