Do you have a system restore or "go-back" function on your computer? If so you can restore your system to a time before it got infected. Problem solved.

Adware programs didn't work for me for what I got hit with. I used Go-back.

I run AdAware but that shit does no good for me, I run it, update it and the next day I have a million adds popped up. I run the microsoft one but it's only for spyware, is there one for adware that i am unaware of?

i use 3 apps, including Adaware. try your luck with:

Spybot - Search and Destroy
SpywareBlaster

run Ad-aware, Spyboy Search & Destroy, Microsoft Anti Spyware, make sure you hosts file is clean as well as change you startup page back to normal if it isn't. Run a virus scan.
