You're going to have a hard time finding someone who will do work for nothing up front as a security deposit...especially with only 70-something posts

I don't think I'll be able to help you on this. You are going to need to find someone who is very good at java to develop a lab for you. I'm playing around with custom ink's lab right now it's fairly sophisticated and I don't know java.
