MAC users - Mail or Entourage?

I have been using Entourage - with IMAP - however it seems slow as shit sometimes - on a Dual G5 so its not the hardware.

I've read that Mail is more streamlined and faster?
I don't need anything but basic features - any opinions - experiences - please.

I've been using entourage and I haven't been overwhelmingly impressed with it. I also have a dual G5. I'm going to get Tiger installed for me this weekend, I guess I'll start using mail from now on. Thanks for the advice quiet, dombuyer and nuttyrom.

i had entourage for a little while but it's a piece of shit, bloated microsoft software, now i only use mail

I used Entourage for years before finally making the switch, it was hard... but so far I have adjusted well. Entourage is just bloated were apple seperates all of the apps (mail, address book, calendar)
