Anyone else having this ICQ problem?

Had that problem earlier today. error 133 I think.

It let me add people all of a sudden after a couple of hours.

Strange as hell. It's been doing it to me all day. Just says something like, "ICQ Cannot add user to database, try again later" or some shit.
