Good news all you APIC haters...seems like Mr. Easton has really fucked himself today (He actually fucked himself up years ago directly after his mother concieved him). A good friend of mine has just got back from holiday to find that all his sponsor accounts have been terminated due to Mr. Fuck Wit Easton. Mr Easton (A wannabe photographer that never really made it due to the fact he is crap) had discovered his site, not hard it is one of the biggest going and decided he was a copyright violator. The site has 50 plus galleries on it. All sponsor content. He has been one of the biggest referrers to Suze Randal's (Only became famous ugly old hag because she fucked Larry Flynt) "Pics For Clicks" (Pretty shit referral type program where you get pics as opposed to cash for clicks) for years. Good old Miss Randals daughter Holly who also thinks she is a photographer (not as famous as her mum but then Larry (Top affiliate program and I mean top) has pecker prob's now and the favour for favour does not work anymore) dropped his arse instantly without even asking him..I think she is going to have to kiss arse again

The great part about it was that Steve stated that all his galleries were fine..however he carried links to sites with stolen content on and that he was responsable for it. His current size of the site is 3213 link sections and 23735 sites listed.


Steve has cost my friend absolute thousands. I think that we should start working on APIC sucks.com and organising a huge boycott of people who use them. I can get in serious players from across Euorpe and a few from the US.

Lets all go in and fuck him up. Steve Easton will not have a leg to stand on in court if my friend proceeds with legal action...Yahoo have been hosting stolen content and linking to it for years yet Steve "I think I am bobby big bollocks" Easton has not issued them with a cease and desist and fucked up their advertising revenue streams.

And why not? I think copyright violation took a great leap forward along with TGP and link sites. (Have you ever noticed that most of these sites seem to link largely to other TGP and link sites...not exactly what the casual visitor came for?)

If the TGP or link site webmaster doesn't want to check on the status of submitted content, why not then put the burden on the gallery submitter to send a FAX or JPG copy of his license to use the photos he submits, or a form stating that he doesn't need to license them because he owns them and is in fact the licensor, not a licensee.

I totally agree, how hard would it be to have a small link at the bottom of the page that links to a page that says, who the record holder is, and who the license holder is.
