Chargeback question ?

We had a chargeback on ccbill today. As standard we run a cross check across all our other sites and billers. This guy has spent a fair amount of usd in the past 3 months but still has active accounts. Would you :

refund his remaining accounts to avoid further possible chargebacks -
Kill his codes and dont refund then wait for him to shout up -
cancle his rebills and let it ride n hope he dont do it again -
do nothing -

Any imput ?

Maybe he just wasnt satisfied with the one site let him ride or contact him and see what the problem was

call his house and ask "hey did someone from this house do a chargeback on the pornography account they purchased" ?

Well we have a standard email we send out to cbacks and cover around 20 percent of them with users coughing up the payment. Our other option is go sit in his garden and then beg for our money

its probally fraud and you can expect more on the way. ccbill will probally deny the rebills anyway.
