A particular paysite is about to get their ass handed to them. The owner of this paysite seem's to apparently think it is kosher to rip our DVD's and use them as content, despite the fact that we have never licensed it to anyone, nor sold it anywhere as content.
They happen to be processing with ccbill and gkard (ibill). CCbill was very interested in what we had to say and wants us to contact the fraud department which we will be doing very shortly after we finish snapping captures of all of the infringing material. DMCA letters are being finalized now and will also be sent shortly. Monday our lawyer gets involved.

If you happen to be running a black/ebony paysite and are ripping content from DVD's illegally, I would get rid of everything now. I know you know who you are.
