Wow, they still don't have your server set-up? I remember reading a few days ago where you were trying to get a hold of them. You emailed them, called them and posted on here. Call Sami at www.serverprovider.com. He'll hook you up today if need be. His ICQ is 311848143. Best customer service I have ever received.

I see a lot of good posts about them but I'd jump ship if I'd been hanging for a week waiting on a server. Least they could do is say, "Hey, we fucked up we'll have you up ASAP."

Yes, still havent been set up even though they promised me last weekend.The least they could do is stop hiding from me and tell me they have problems.I have 16 sites now not making me any income.
I am presently arranging another host but it hurts paying $300 upfront for a deal thats already cost me that again in loss of income.
As for Sami, I agree he runs a good ship.I already have some sites with him.I just want to spread my hosts.

when i was with adult cash, they were pretty good but at times did have some trouble. trouble wasn't worth it and ended up leaving for another hosting provider.

However, please let everyone know that YOU do HAVE a server here... it has been up
and is running. What you are waiting on is configuration of something specific I was doing for you.

I apologize that this delay in the setup of those specific items has occurred,
however I had to put it aside as your sites were not moved to your server here yet
and I had a live customers site which needed major attention. I had to prioritize an existing server which was down over configuring your new server.

I did not think this would be such an issue as your DNS is not switched to here yet anyhow. I have done the majority of the setup and all is needed is a few smaller items to be finished and you are golden.

As I said, I have refunded your card for the first months fees due to this delay.
I hope we can meet your needs from here on out. And I am willing to throw you some free time due to the delay. I also hope you can respect the decision I made in this issue. Call me up, lets chat. 619-227-8845

Swami..stick with Splitinfinity you will not regret it they are rock solid. I moved my site and program to them around 6 months ago after maybe 5 hosts messed my sites up. They have been great...

Listen Chris, I have been hassling for you to set me everyday for a week.You promised a week ago that I would have sites up and running a week ago.
I cannot point my dns to these domains when I don't know what they are.You still haven't told me what my IPS are, nor have you created the nameservers as you have promised you would everyday.
Everyday you promise that it will be done by the end of the day, then without any email nor messgae you go missing.It taks nothing to tell me that you were wrong and that you haven't done it as you had promised.But no, not a word from you.
No need for me to call man, just get the nameservers created and send me the list of ips.

I don't base my conclusion on this post. Every host makes mistakes. But some obvious more then others.

I really think no host comes close to the quality of cavecreek,natnet and isprime

I agree. I've had a server with SI for about 6 months or so and have been happy with speed/uptime/service etc..

Mate, it wasn't too much to do or trouble when you were making the sale.In fact most of it was your idea and you said it was easy to do.
My requisite was that i had different c classes and they be up by Sunday last week.

it REALLY speeds things up. Especially when the IP's are all different
