As I said, I found these on another forum. I have posted the link to it.

I did not post those pics on the other forum or host them.

All I have done is added a link to them to this one.

I presumed they were promo pics.

I simply presumed they were promotional photographs - ie public domain.

Do you have a license/permission to use those pictures in any fashion, whether or not you're hosting them?

Do you have permission from the person hosting them to use his bandwith?

I believe the answer is no in both cases. Therefore, you're in the wrong.
