    SmileyCentral.com

I have seen their banners everywhere. How well do they convert, what is their program like, and where is the join page? Thanks

        It's run by Ask Jeeves.

They pay $ 1.25 per Installation (on SmileyCentral or the new Free Fun Cards)

Contact me (ICQ: 129393) if you have the volume to promote them

No. SmileyCentral is a good product that is fun to use It comes with a small search bar, but that is explained in detail on the install page (not hidden somewhere in the TOS). Besides the useful toolbar nothing else is installed ..

yup, I'm an anti-auto-install guy, but have no issues with the way they handle their toolbars...
my wife uses smileycentral and the only thing installed is a fully disclosed search bar and the smiley install app for her yahoo messenger

these guys run it the way it should be run (although, if you want the groovy smilies and not the search bar, then just have microsoft's antivirus/anti-adware software running and select "block" on those items)

SmileyCentral is nice except for the toolbars, etc., it adds.

they don't have an affiliate program. they have deals with some big ad networks ($1.25 per installation).

i can refer you to some good ad networks (ICQ: 129393 - Contact me only if you control a substantial amount of web/email traffic)

By the way: The banners you see floating around are mainly "pay per impression" (e.g. FastClick)
