It depends on how your host accounts for bandwidth but the "raw" calculation is:

1313.6kb/s = 431 GB/month

So, yeah, it's around 500 GB/month. Depending on if your host charges a preium for overage (we don't), then you may want to look at a the next package so that you don't get an unexpected bill.

easiest way to remeber your calculations is that 320 GB per month is equal to 1 Mbps sustained average

so to further that your calculation would be .7 times 320, if you are charged both ways, not sone very often but can get screwed that way you add the the in and out values or (320 x.7) + (320 x .6) = X
